The location near Insadong shopping street is fantastic. Easy walking distance to the main palaces and Jogyesa temple. Local cafes and bakeries nearby are a plus too. My Deluxe Double Room was clean and comfortable, particularly the bed. I enjoyed the quiet corner room on the top floor, ensuring peaceful nights. However, the breakfast was disappointing. After two days, I opted to eat outside instead. The taxi service arranged by the hotel was quite poor. It left a bad impression. Also, the thin walls allowed noise from neighboring rooms to seep through, which was bothersome. Other than that, keeping the luggage at the lobby was convenient before check-in. I'd suggest improvements in breakfast quality and soundproofing to enhance the overall experience.

The location is superb, with easy access to local cafes and popular tourist spots like Jogyesa Temple and the palaces.

The front desk staff sometimes seemed inattentive, making check-in feel a bit impersonal, which dampened an otherwise pleasant experience.

i had a wonderful experience at prima hotel jongno. the rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable. the staff were super friendly and helpful. its location is perfect, right in the heart of everything, making it easy to walk to popular areas and sites. also, there are plenty of restaurants just steps away.

We had a great time exploring the area! The hotel was just a quick walk from some amazing local restaurants and bars, made it super convenient. The staff were really nice, one even helped us find our way to the nearby palaces and temples, felt like he genuinely cared.

It wasn't exactly a wallet-friendly option, but it was still acceptable.

Location is fab! So close to cute shops and palaces. Room clean and comfy, with a lovely quiet corner on the top floor.
